Report a site
Last updated: 15 August 2026
Sites published through JW Builder are created by our customers, and each customer is responsible for what they publish. If you believe a site we host contains content that is illegal, infringes your rights, or breaches our Terms of Service, report it here and JW Digital Services Ltd will look at it.
What to include
- the site's address, and the specific page if there is one;
- what the content is and why you believe it is illegal, infringing, or in breach — for copyright, tell us what work is infringed and your connection to it;
- a way to reach you if we need more detail.
Where to send it
Use the contact form at jw-digital.co.uk/contact and mention the word "report" so it is routed correctly.
What happens next
Reports are reviewed by a person. If the content is plainly illegal or a clear breach, we can unpublish the site or suspend the account under the Terms; if it is contested, we may ask the publisher for their side before deciding. We keep records of reports and what we did with them. We will tell you the outcome where we reasonably can.
This page is for content we host. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the police first. For a privacy question about your own data, see the Privacy Policy.
